12.10 Products and services offered by a third-party provider are supplied by that provider under a separate agreement between the provider and the Customer. 13.4 The Customer warrants that it has all rights, licences, permissions and consents required to upload, use and process Customer Content through the Platform.
13.5 The Customer warrants that Customer Content does not infringe third-party rights, is accurate and lawful, and will not cause TaskMyJob to breach any law or third-party rights.
13.6 TaskMyJob may remove, disable or restrict access to Customer Content if TaskMyJob reasonably considers that it is unlawful, harmful, infringing, offensive, technically harmful, in breach of these Terms or creates risk for TaskMyJob, the Platform, other customers or third parties, or if payment stops.
13.7 Automated encrypted backups take place daily.
13.8 The Customer remains responsible for maintaining its own appropriate backups and records.
14.1 The parties acknowledge that TaskMyJob may act in different data protection roles depending on the context.

14.8 Cookie notices: TaskMyJob currently sets strictly necessary cookies only, being the authentication session, CSRF protection, and a support cookie used by its staff when assisting a business. Both are engaged under their standard data processing agreements incorporating the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Where a business chooses to enable an optional accounting integration, data is also transferred to that provider under the business's own account and terms. TypeScript is licensed under Apache 2.0.
A full audit of the dependency tree confirms there is no GPL, AGPL or SSPL licensed code anywhere in the product. Every component is permissively licensed under MIT, Apache 2.0, ISC, BSD, MPL 2.0 or a public domain equivalent. The only exception is the platform image processing binary shipped with Next.js image optimisation, which carries an LGPL 3.0 element and is used dynamically linked and entirely unmodified. That use is fully compliant with the licence and imposes no obligation on TaskMyJob's own source code. No open source code has been modified or redistributed, and no copyleft obligation attaches to the TaskMyJob codebase, so this does not affect the intellectual property position confirmed at 16.6.
17.1 AI-assisted tools, analytics, reports, forecasts, dashboards, recommendations, workflow suggestions and performance insights are provided for informational and operational assistance only.
17.2 The Customer remains responsible for reviewing, validating and deciding whether to rely on any output generated by the Platform.

19.2 Service description or user Documentation is available via the Online Help Centre.
19.3 The Customer is responsible for assessing whether the Platform is suitable for its business, technical, operational, compliance and commercial requirements.
19.4 TaskMyJob does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, compatible with all systems, prevent fraud, prevent chargebacks, guarantee payment, guarantee finance approvals, guarantee customer retention or achieve any business outcome.
19.5 All implied warranties, conditions and terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20.1 Nothing in the Contract limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, or payment of Fees due.
