To run the TaskMyJob platform we rely on a small number of service providers. Where they handle personal data on our behalf they act as sub-processors, and each is engaged under a written contract that limits them to our instructions.

Providers marked as optional in the purpose column are only engaged where an individual business chooses to enable that feature. A business that never turns on accounting synchronisation or customer finance has no data shared with those providers.
The customer database is hosted in AWS eu-west-2 (London) and file storage is in the Vercel lhr1 (London) region, so all customer data at rest is held in the United Kingdom. Vercel and Neon are US-incorporated, so limited access from outside the UK is possible for support and administration, covered by the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
