There is nothing to download and no app store. TaskMyJob runs in the browser, and every phone can pin it to the home screen — after which it opens on its own, full screen, with no address bar, and stays signed in. Your engineers can do the same, and it is the quickest way to get them using it on site.
Step by step

Sign in on the phone first, in Safari or Chrome.
Pinning the page before you sign in works, but then the icon opens the sign-in screen every time. Sign in once and it remembers.

On an iPhone: tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”.
Share is the square with the arrow coming out of it, at the bottom of Safari. Scroll the list down to find Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. It must be Safari — Chrome on an iPhone cannot do it.

On Android: tap the three dots, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
Chrome usually offers to install it on its own after a visit or two. Either wording does the same thing.

Open it from the icon, not from the browser.
Tapped from the home screen it fills the screen with no address bar and keeps its own history, so swiping back stays inside TaskMyJob.
Worth knowing
An icon you added a while ago may still look wrong
A phone keeps whatever icon it generated the day you pinned the page, and never refreshes it — so an early one can show as a plain letter on a grey square. Delete it from the home screen and add it again and the proper icon appears.
It is the same account, not a separate one
Nothing is stored on the phone that is not stored in your account. Sign in on the phone, the laptop and the van tablet at the same time if you like — it is one business and one set of records.
It still needs a signal
This is not an offline app. Out of signal it will not load, and anything half-typed is not saved somewhere waiting to send. If an engineer works somewhere with no coverage, have them fill the job in once they are back on it.
