What is said in this recording

However somebody gets in touch, it can land on your Enquiries list instead of in a notebook, an inbox or a text message you meant to action. There are two ways in, and which one suits you depends on what you already have.

Step by step

  1. 1

Settings › Where your enquiries come from.

Press “Set up enquiry links” the first time. Nothing is published until you share it.

  2. 2

If you have no website form: use the link.

It opens a page in your name, your logo and your colour. Put it anywhere — your site, a Facebook post, a van sticker, your email signature. Press “Copy” to take it.

  3. 3

Or paste the embed code into your own page.

The form then sits inside your website rather than sending people away from it. It takes the background of whatever page it is on and resizes itself on a phone.

  4. 4

If you already have a form, a CRM or a lead tool: point it at the address.

Keep what you have. Anything that can send a web request — Zapier, Make, your web developer’s form, your existing CRM — can post an enquiry here, and it arrives on your list within seconds.

Worth knowing

The same enquiry arriving twice is one enquiry

Automations retry, and somebody who does not see a form clear presses Send again. A repeat is matched and ignored, because two rows means two people ringing one customer.

Send at least a message and a way to reply

An email address or a phone number. Anything else you send — a postcode, a job type, where the lead came from — is kept as well, even if we have no box for it yet.

Email and Facebook are not connected yet

Forwarding an email so it becomes an enquiry is being built. Connecting Facebook and Instagram lead forms directly needs Meta’s approval first, which takes weeks and is not ours to hurry. In the meantime, if your Facebook leads already reach a CRM, a spreadsheet or an inbox, the address on this page will take them today.

Nobody can read anything through these links

They only accept new enquiries. There is nothing behind them to fetch, so a link that ends up somewhere public cannot give away a customer, a price or a job.
