Questions, answered

Is it per user?

No. £29.99 a month covers the whole business — the owner, the office, and every engineer on a phone. Taking somebody on does not change the bill, which is the point: software that charges per head is software you think twice about before giving to the apprentice.

Are there add-ons or tiers?

No. There is one plan and it has everything in it. Nothing is held back for a higher tier, and nothing is sold separately.

What happens after the free trial?

After 60 days it is £29.99 a month, billed monthly. You do not need a card to start the trial, so nothing is taken by surprise at the end of it.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No. It is monthly, there is no minimum term and nothing to give notice on. Cancel whenever you like.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It stays yours and you can take a full copy out at any time — every customer, quote, job, invoice and payment as spreadsheets, in one click, with no notice period and no charge. You do not have to ask us and you do not have to be leaving.

Do you charge to set it up or to import my data?

No. There is no setup fee. You can bring your contacts in from a phone and your prices in from a spreadsheet yourself, and if you want a hand with it, ask.

Do card payments cost extra?

Taking card payments through TaskMyJob needs a payment account, and the card fees are set by that provider rather than by us — they are the same fees you would pay anywhere. The software itself costs nothing more for using them.
