What is said in this recording

The Invoices page shows what is outstanding. The reports page goes further and ages it — under 30 days, 30 to 60, 60 to 90, over 90 — so you can see at a glance whether you have a cash problem or one bad payer.

Step by step

  1. 1

Go to Invoices to see everything unpaid.

  2. 2

Go to Reports for the ageing view.

Your worst debtors named, with how much and how long.

  3. 3

Resend an invoice to nudge somebody.

    Same link, fresh email.

  4. 4

Check the Radar for anything that has gone quiet.

Unpaid invoices past their due date come up there as a risk with a value on them.

Worth knowing

Debtor ageing ignores the date range

What you are owed today is owed today, whichever period you have selected at the top of the reports page. The card says so on screen. It is deliberate — an ageing figure filtered to last month would be meaningless.
